DESCRIPTION:
The small apartment is about 45m2 big. It is an apartment for 2 - 4 persons with the possibility of one EXTRA bed so if usable also as 4 persons apartment (A3+1). The apartment has 3 stars categorisation.
There are one bedroom with 3 beds (one couple bed and one single bed). Also there are a kitchen, small living room, WC with shower cabine and a little terrase.
The apartment have a CLIMA and SAT-TV. The sheets, towells, cups and plates are included in the price of the apartment. Its situated on the ground floor of the house.
Departure time is till 10:00 h. of the leaving day (also is possible to prolong the departure time on demand).
Arrival time is from 15:00 h. (also is possible to prolong the arrival time on demand).
For the apartment A3+1 there is an obligatory deposit of 50 euros which will be returned to the guest before departure.
The usage of air condition is included in the price but we appeal to you to take care that when you ARE NOT in the apartment air condition must be turn off (otherwise we shall charge You 5 euro/day for the not racional usage of it!).
