TERMS OF USE AND RULES
Deposit
Deposit is an obligatory legal mean of insurance of the houseowner in the case that the guest(s) break or steal anything/any object from the apartment and it wil be compensated from the deposit fee in the real money value of the repair of the broken object. If the broken object cant be repaired, the guest will be charged and the deposit fee will be calculated in the real money value of the new object same category or quality. If everything in the apartment is ok (not broken) the houseowner will return the full amount of the deposit to the guest(s) before leaving the apartment.
Deposit:
Apartment A3+1: 50 euro
Apartment A5+1: 100 euro
Apartment A6+2: 100 euro
Valid reservation
To make a valid reservation, the Guest must pay an reservation fee that costs 30% of the total price of renting the apartment in advance! After the money had arrived on our bank account, we will contact You and confirm that the reservation of the apartment is valid.
Reservation fee
Reservation fee is an obligatory and it costs 30% of the total cost of renting the apartment. Reservation fee is a legal mean of insurance of the houseowner that the guest(s) that paid the reservation fee will come for sure in the apartment (house) at the agreed time, agreed price of renting the apartment and agreed number of persons in the apartment. By paying the reservation fee of the apartment mean that the guest who made a payment of the reservation fee of the apartment at the previously agreed price, time and number of persons in the apartment, accept all the following rules and terms of use of Apartments Roberto (also listed Apartments Roberto website: www.apartmentsroberto.blogspot.com, Terms of use).
If the guest who made a reservation fee payment for any reason dont or cant come at the apartment by previously agreed terms (agreed price, agreed time and agreed number of person in the apartment), the houseowner has a legal right to cancel the guest reservation, keep the reservation fee and rent the apartment for other guests in the period of the canceled reservation, following this rules:
- If the guest who paid the reservation fee cancel the reservation of the apartment in the time period one (1) month before the date of arrival and annunce it to the houseowner, 100% of the reservation fee will be returned to the guest.
- If the guest who paid the reservation fee cancel the reservation of the apartment in the time period less than one (1) month before the date of arrival and annunce it to the houseowner, the houseowner have a right to keep 100% of the reservation fee and rent the apartment to other guests.
Air conditioning Usage
The usage of clima is required in the price of the apartment rent but it doesnt mean that the clima must be turn on all the time - WHEN YOU ARE NOT in the apartments. Please keep in mind to turn off the clima when You are out of the apartment.
Departure and arrival time
Departure time is till 10:00 h. of the leaving day. Arrival time is from 15:00 h.
Pets
We dont allow pets in the apartments.
